02 — Delivery method
Delivery may occur through a live website, secure download, email, shared drive, repository, hosting account or another agreed workspace.
03 — Timelines
Milestones depend on scope, timely client material, approvals and third-party availability. The accepted proposal contains the relevant schedule.
04 — Confirmation and access
Delivery is complete when the agreed item is accessible or launch and handover are confirmed. Clients should secure transferred files and credentials.
05 — Support
If a deliverable cannot be accessed, contact us with the project and invoice details so access can be verified.
