1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies when you visit utilitech.in, submit an enquiry, contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, or otherwise discuss a potential project with UtiliTech. In this policy, “UtiliTech”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website.

2. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive:

  • Enquiry details: your name, business name, selected service and the message you choose to provide.
  • Contact and communication data: your phone number, email address, WhatsApp messages and records of our correspondence.
  • Project information: business requirements, content, brand material and other information you provide when requesting or receiving services.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and basic server logs generated by our hosting and security providers.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.

3. How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you use the enquiry form or contact us. The form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device; it is not sent to us until you review it and press send in WhatsApp. Some technical information may be generated automatically when the website is delivered to your browser.

4. Why we use personal data

We use personal data only for lawful, specific purposes, including to:

  • respond to enquiries and arrange calls;
  • understand, quote and deliver requested services;
  • manage proposals, contracts, invoices, support and project records;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;
  • prevent misuse and comply with legal or regulatory obligations; and
  • send updates or marketing only where you have asked for them or applicable law otherwise permits it.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it was withdrawn.

5. WhatsApp and external links

WhatsApp, email, telephone services and external websites are operated by third parties. When you choose to use them, their own privacy terms apply and they may process data outside India. We do not control those services. Review the destination and your message before sending personal information.

6. Who we may share data with

We do not sell personal data. We may share only what is necessary with hosting, cloud, security, communications, analytics, accounting or professional-service providers that support our operations; with project collaborators under appropriate confidentiality obligations; or with authorities when disclosure is legally required. Providers may process information only for the relevant service and subject to their contractual and legal duties.

7. Storage and international processing

Our service providers may store or process data in India or other countries. Where cross-border processing occurs, we use available contractual, technical and organisational safeguards and comply with restrictions applicable under Indian law.

8. How long we keep data

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including enquiry follow-up, project delivery, support, accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Retention depends on the nature of the record and applicable obligations. When data is no longer required, we delete, anonymise or securely isolate it.

9. Security

We use reasonable access controls, trusted service providers, software updates, backups and other organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection. If you believe information sent to us has been compromised, contact us promptly.

10. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we process your personal data, request access to relevant information, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, request erasure where permitted, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. You may also have nomination and complaint rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions apply.

Send requests to utilipayhub@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law requires or permits it.

11. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

12. Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies. Essential hosting, security or delivery technologies may still generate limited technical logs. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising cookies or similar tracking, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will remain on this page with a revised date. For privacy questions or grievances, email utilipayhub@gmail.com or call +91 96531 27760.
